Introducing Abagold

Founded by Dr Pierre Hugo back in 1995,

Abagold has been cultivating Abalone, the world’s most desirable seafood,
at the New Harbour of Hermanus that resides at the southern tip of South Africa.

 

The pristine cool waters of the Atlantic Ocean provide the optimal nutrients
and environment for the production of the highest quality Abalone. 

 

Our canned abalone contains only Abalone, Water and Salt.

Happening from March 22 – April 21 2024,
Ler E Pte Ltd is pleased to announce the inaugural Abagold Abalone Festival in 2024.

Throughout the month of March and April 2024, We will be celebrating all things Abalone!

The inaugural Abalone Festival in Singapore will be a celebration of this exquisite variety of seafood.

 

A delicacy not limited to be enjoyed only during the Lunar New Year, the luxurious flavour profile of Abalone can be appreciated throughout the year and enjoyed across all generations.

 

A treat for all occasions, discover the versatility of this stunning ingredient prepared in diverse ranges of cuisines.

 

The offerings include combinations of cuisines from Asian European fine dining, to Contemporary Italian. All of these 5 stellar selected restaurants will be presenting you with their unique take on Abalone dishes, that is sure to leave you wanting more.


Exciting contests and prizes are also up for grabs during the festival, where up to $588 worth of dining vouchers are to be won!
