Abalone Foie Gras Sauce is a great pairing for abalone and seafood as it helps to add an extra boost of seafood / umami flavour.
Ingredients:
- 30g Abagold Abalone Foie Gras
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- Sugar and Salt (to taste)
- Splash of Sake (optional)
Method:
- Mix the soy sauce, mirin and sake (if you want to).
- Then add Abagold’s Abalone Foie Gras to the soy sauce mixture, and mix. Abagold’s Abalone Foie Gras is ready to be enjoyed so there’s no need to mince or clean it.
- Sprinkle Salt and Sugar to your preference, give it another quick mix and it’s done!
Some tips:
You can also add minced garlic, coriander and spring onion to elevate the delicious sauce.
