Our return and exchange policy allows for customers to return or exchange their products within 3 business days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and kept frozen. We offer a 1 to 1 exchange policy, allowing customers to swap an unsatisfactory item for the same product. If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us for further assistance. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues.
Please note that delivery cost will be incurred by the buyer for the exchange. Alternatively, customers can make a trip to our factory for the exchange. For the hygiene and safety of our customers, all returned products will be discarded immediately.
